I like how easy you made it look to replace, must have done a few of those conversions before? 
Did you leave the floatation tanks in your Painless 2.1?
Do you think your new gas tank would provide floatation up front?

This was the second one, it's not hard. Much easier than the previous model ES-kape. Mine is set up the same way, just the left side flotation. I doubt the gas tank bow conversion I did on mine would provide much flotation, one reason I'm not recommending anyone else do that, and keeping it a DIY at your own risk mod. Adding a larger plastic tank in leu of the stock aluminum tank, in the forward section of the cockpit, will help with balance enough to be worth the effort.

The thought and workmanship in your kit is remarkable from start to finish.  Even the electric harness has been developed to an amazing level.  Thanks for the video.  Think I'll watch it again.

You can see that here.  What size circuit breaker are you using?

Thanks. I use a 5 amp breaker and it's just for the ACC plug. The engine has a 5 amp fuse (from the factory) for the charging system also, so there is that protection too.

Thanks, Tom.  I'm thinking about the harness for my new old boat which will probably have Tillotson power and wondering about protecting individual circuits or one 15amp breaker for the whole system.  Would appreciate any and all advice.

I would do one 5 amp for the whole thing.
