FlexRing Performance Report
« on: May 07, 2024, 09:59:33 AM »
I rebuilt these pumps and impellers August of last year, set up with my FlexRing. This customer is brutal on his boats and runs them hard, in bad conditions. But after 15 trips each, these FlexRings and impellers still have perfect clearance and have sustained no wear to speak of. Impellers are exactly the same. Great testament to the new design. 🤓👍

Pretty amazing how durable these are.  The aluminum rings were a game changer, too.

I'm very impressed, and pleased, with the results. The aluminum rings served their purpose, but I'm glad those days are long past; wasn't possible to get such tight clearances as with the FlexRing. I don't miss making them either, when the FlexRing became the norm, I was so relieved.  :D
