This is the second of two that I bought as a pair. First river test today, two more and it will be ready for a lucky new owner. I'm very pleased with the finished product, these get better and better every time.  \./8

Great looking boat, Tom.  It's the Restomod of Mokai.  I can see how each one is better.  The person who gets it is lucky

Thanks, George. The Tillotson has proven to be such a solid workhorse in these, when set up right. I'm especially pleased with the latest development in my pump rebuild design. I've finally figured out how to eliminate the factory bearings completely, and mirror the Seadoo pump like I've dreamed of for years; I just couldn't figure out how until it finally hit me last week! The whole axle rides in needle bearings now, like it should be. Increases the load and rpm limits, not that we have motors that could push them, but you could run it at 7k rpm without issue.  :D

Looking Good!
What is the nozzle choke you speak of? Is it something I can order and install myself?

I can make one for you, easy to install. Video shows a 2.0 with my aluminum nozzle, but I make one for the original nozzles as you saw in this build. I'll print a couple for you and message when ready.  ;D

Glad to hear about the nozzle mod.  Chuck, looking forward to your impressions of how it performs.

 :)

Me either, I can't say how happy I am to have finally been able to come up with the final piece of the puzzle in transforming these pumps to the Seadoo design. It's a game changer in reliability, longevity, and performance.  \./8
