Not really, it's a 2011 from what I can tell. Not electric start, and looks like more than an hour on it. Definitely all stock. Have bought many just like it for less than $2500. Can't convert to electric start anymore unless you want to spend $850 on ebay for the engine you need to do that. So it can be fixed up, but only to a certain extent.

I spoke to the person who is selling for the original owner, and he said that this boat is more value for the owner than real market price for it so he wont go down on the price. They listed originally like 2015 model and 9hp. But later he showed me the specs sheet and it was listed as 2011.

I bought 2015 model a week ago and will try to make it work and dandy . Thanks to Tom for his advices and guidance!
