Hopefully the water comes down by then, May is when I start hitting the fishing hard but last year the water didn't come down until July and the bite wasn't as good by then. Frankenjon needs some exercise.

Not sure about the structure, maybe a conveyor to load barges before heading out to the Great Lakes?
I found this video with a quick search and think it's the same boat. The paint is worn of the name in my picture but It looks like it said "Upper Canada".

Cool, that would be fun to explore. They should leave it there, but if it's floating it wouldn't be a big deal to simply tow it away to sink out in deep water. Would make a great fishing spot. lol

Nice, I like the bridge (of course), looks nice and warm too. I don't know how anyone can tolerate northern winters, Georgia is too cold for me.

I'm starting to feel the same as you with all these trips to Georgia every year.
Try some winter hammock camping with Shug, he'll show you how to tolerate the winter temps, even minus -40.

Keep visiting and you'll eventually want to move down here.  Nobody is going to show me how to tolerate cold weather, they can just show me how they do. lol The only way I would tolerate -40 is sitting on my couch with the heat on, watching someone on TV in -40... Or dead, I wouldn't mind then.
