CW-Back Home-Ahh!

Finally got some seat time! June was literally a washout with all the rain and river levels up all month. Got to try out my new camera and filters along with another trip w/o fuel issues. I prefer the water level around 4-5 feet. Two weeks level was 13.5 feet, 3.5' over flood stage. Now I have to learn where all the submerged trees are again, but I'm not complaining at all. Lot of erosion made new trees fall in my path, had to log jump a few to get to my fishing spot 6 miles up river. (Fun!)
The sunset picture is from a July 4th party of Lake Erie on the West side of Cleveland.

Very nice! Glad you got some water time in. It's been so hot here that any time on the water isn't quite as enjoyable. Heat index up over 100 every day now.

Only when I have to get over to the Cuyahoga River. Wind has to be below 8 mph and blowing towards Canada because the waves make it to difficult to go the 1/2 mile to the river.
