i have one of these  5 inches by 7' by 1' thick.. it'll start a V8 Toyota Sequoya with no problems.
If your battery is completely dead - I've hooked it on the cables - hit the boost button - and gave it 3 min.. started right up.   With 2 USB ports and a flashlight to boot... it's a great backup item for the Mokai.
PS - those little lithium batteries power my 200+ lb zero FX motorcycle from 0-60 in 4.2 seconds and give me 76 foot lb of torque..  www.zeromotorcycles.com

What you described amounts to boosting(=charging) of the mostly discharged, but still quite alive regular battery for 3 minutes and then relying on that battery to start your V8.  Evidently that can be done even with a dozen AA batteries:
https://www.offgridweb.com/transportation/jump-start-a-car-with-aa-batteries/

Incidentally, it is very simple to calculate that a 200 lb motorcycle + rider  accelerating 0-60 in 4.2 seconds will require ~18 KW of power, which for a 12V battery translates into whopping ~1,500 Amp for the whole 4 sec. You do not really mean that the any of the boosters we've been discussing is capable of dong that, do you? But if you mean just lithium batteries in general, there is no question that they can certainly do even better if one combines enough of them - consider much heavier Tesla car accelerating to 60 mph in 3 sec, for example.
