2009 Overhaul / Conversion

Finished up a customers 2009 last week. I hope he's as happy with it as I am.  \./8

EX21 ES w/ 200 watt charging system and EX21 head
Water cooled muffler
Clutch
Remote Grease Hull Bearing
Aluminum Wear Ring
Pump Rebuild and Shaft Spline Conversion
Wiring Harness and Control Box w/ 12v ACC port w/ 10 amp breaker
Steering relocation
Windshield
Storage Hatch
Fiberglass muffler cover
Pump Mount / Transom Plate and Hull Bracing / Crack welding

I like where you put the windshield, that's what I'll do too. I need extra room to get my long, stiff legs in the boat.

That area behind the windshield serves as a dashboard of sorts, great place to stash a t-shirt, hat, etc.. too. Glad you saw that before you installed, helps to know what you want ahead of time. hehe  \./8

Im so glad I moved the windshield to the new position. I now have a dashboard , and the biggest plus is having the handle within reach when I get out. It really helps a lot.

Should I want to get my Mokai to you to work it over, how do we make that happen?  I'm in Fort Worth, Texas in round numbers.  I'm not opposed to getting to you on a U-Haul trailer.  I probably need a road trip anyway.
