The long one that is in the shaft, with a bunch of different size holes.
I tried it on the river today, but the same thing happened. HOWEVER, I did find out the cooling system connection broke off today, and there was a lot of water in the engine compartment. Where do I get a new one?
It was suggested that I change the plug, and the fuel filter. The plug is the same one, and the filter IS dirty. It seems to be starving for gas.
Is there a link for all this stuff?

Don't know what you mean when you say shaft, the main jet is screwed into the side of the main well tube right above where the bowl screw threads in. It has one hole in the center. The idle bleed jet has a tiny hole in the bottom and some on the sides that are larger, that jet it on top the carb behind the choke lever.

Broken water supply fitting would not cause water to enter the engine compartment, something else is leaking it would seem. Could be the hull cracked around the pump like they are known to. Lots of discussion about that if you search the forum for "crack".

Replacement quick connection, metal version. https://www.mcmaster.com/5478k316

Fuel filter. Cut the first section off at the barb to shorten it up. https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/driveworks-universal-fuel-filter-lawn-mower-dw-756/10127264-P

Thanks for the links Tom. Iím not going to go crazy with the motor, as Iíll be sending it to you soon anyway. We are getting frost now.

I havenít checked for cracks since last year, I think Iíll have to do that. You may be getting the whole boat!

You know, it might be easier for me to just send you the whole boat. Then you could check everything out, and install everything. In case you didnít notice, Iím not good at it at all. I think if I do that, Iíd like to get the crack reinforcements you do too. Itís just a matter of time......
If I send the boat, you can test it, and I wonít have to worry that I did something wrong.

How the heck to I ship a whole boat?

Wish list:
New engine
New water cooled exhaust ( itís pretty loud )
Crack plate
12 volt system seems ok, but Iíll go with your opinion.

I just need it to be dependable!

Sure thing, that would be the best thing to do. Uship.com has been the method of choice for those who can't drive here themselves.  \./8

Shipping address?
I assume ď business without a dock ď?

Should I pack the motor separately?

Leave the boat together, no need to pull the motor. It's fine.

Residential really, and no dock. Uship people aren't freight so that isn't really a concern. Will be someone with a trailer open or enclosed, could even be someone who would put it in the back of their pickup truck. This is the Uber of the shipping world. lol

Sounds good. 👍👍👍 Iím probably going to buy a tiny camper so I can do more Mokai trips next year. I can take the motor out, and put the boat on top!

That will be fun getting it up there! I wouldn't try doing that by myself, I know I'm too old to think that wouldn't bite me sooner than later! LOL  :D

Yeah, Iím not too sure yet. Maybe an electric winch on the hitch, and a pulley? Iíll figure it out before buying the camper.

Yes, I need to be here. You are giving them my contact info so they will get in touch about delivery etc.. FYI I will not be around the last week of this month. So make sure it's delivered before the 23rd or after the 1st.
