Good deal, I've made several videos so watch as many as you can to help you complete the job. It's in the 40's here and that's too cold for my taste, less than 30 and I don't even bother going outside. LOL

Tom, I recieved my pump back and everything looks great. Thanks!  \./8
So, I'm working on my stiffining plate for the back, I noticed you filled in the grove where the "O" ring was with the polyurethane, does the o ring compress completely against the plate? Is there anything special I need to do ?
Thanks again, muddy

Glad everything arrived ok.  :)

The plate gets sandwiched between the mounting ring, and the wear ring housing. So the o-ring does not get used, throw it on the shelf as a spare for the o-ring that secures the fuel tank.

You use polyurethane before the plate, then again when installing the wear ring housing.

The two bottom tabs of the wear ring housing will need to be trimmed with a grinder or file so they will clear the plate where it bends over on the bottom side.
