New Battery Mount
« on: December 28, 2017, 11:24:24 PM »
3D printing has turned out to be quite an asset. I was able to design and print a super nice mount for the batteries I use when doing my conversions. Fits like a glove and will be easier to install. Tough TPU material is flexible and resistant to the elements. Takes 13 hours to print, but it's so worth it. I'll share installed pics when I get a chance to put it in one of mine, probably will be the ES-kape since I'm sick of that battery being impossible to reach and always going dead after 5 seconds of cranking.  :D

New toys certainly are fun and you wonder how you did without them.  My relaxation is with wood but not very good in a wet environment.  Keep on coming up with those great new inventions Tom, I enjoy seeing what you come up with.

 Happy New Year!!!!

Thanks Jim, Happy New Year to you too! What's really cool is when you buy a tool, and it ends up being a favorite toy. haha Especially when you can play with it inside where it's warm...... 32 here today.   :D

Thanks Larry, I can get one to you for $25. Bear in mind you will have to plug the holes you have from the current battery mount.  Let me know if you'd like an invoice.  \./8
