Need both of them unfortunately but think I can source them here. What I meant about the two models was are the Mokai relevant bits easily transferable from one to another

I can send one to NZ for around $35, pretty sure that is going to be the best deal you'll ever find and probably the only option.  ;)

The diverter is Mokai specific, you won't find that anywhere. And the GX200 is a completely different engine all together, it has nothing in common with the GC190 other than the mounting base and crank size.

Let me know if you'd like an invoice.

No problem, I will make up a invoice shortly. What year is your boat again so I make the right wear ring?

What I mean about the GX200, was that is literally has nothing in common with the GC190, nothing from that motor, whether it's Honda or Mokai, will fit the GX200.

While you're there Tom how much play should there be in the steering nozzle.Mine has about 2-3 mm of vertical movement and doesn't feel too smooth

You're a legend mate.Thank you very much for that Tom.
With you dealings with freight forwarders and international freighting how much do you reckon it would be to get a Suburu engine sent to NZ from the states.

Glad I could help.  \./8

Getting things to NZ isn't cheap, especially large heavy things. Between $250 for just a stock motor, and $350 for one converted by me  ready to drop in.

New EX21 Electric Start engine is $550. If I do the conversion work and make a muffler there would be a discount. Engine would be $495, conversion work $125, Muffler $165, if you wanted me to do the wiring harness w/ battery add $180, my fiberglass muffler cover is $135 and you would have to install that yourself since I know you wouldn't want to ship your hood to and from.

If you want to do all the conversion work yourself, and don't care about electric start, I can sell you a used, in good condition, pull start only EX21 for $300.
